Rate are charged per room, per night including tax.

10% deposit of the total payment is required to secure a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
3 days before check-in: 10% charge
2 days before check-in: 30% charge
The day before: 50% charge

MAXIMUM SHARING
The number of people who can share the room must comply with the number of guests booked to stay.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Rooms are available for check in starting from 3:00pm. However you may arrive earlier to drop off your luggage. Early check in is possible if the room is empty and ready. Although we do not have 24 hours reception, late check in can be negotiated. Please advise an estimated time of arrival in advance. Check out time is before 11:00am. There will be an extra charge for late check out.
HOUSE RULE
Smoking, drinking alcohol and cooking Non-halal meat are strictly prohibited in our house. We have the rights to ask you to leave immediately if we find that you have done any of these in our house.The stay of unmaried couple in the same room also not allowed.
